Welcome to Mountain Vue Therapy. My name is Jennifer, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. With more than 13 years of experience in the health and wellness field, I am passionate about helping clients achieve greater balance, healing, and overall wellbeing.
I believe in the deep connection between the mind, body, and spirit, and I view healing as a holistic process that involves nurturing each of these areas. My goal is to support clients in their journey toward growth, restoration, and self-actualization through various therapeutic bodywork techniques and integrative counseling approaches tailored to their unique needs.

01.
Massage therapy is a form of manual therapy that involves moving soft tissues in the body to reduce stress, ease muscle tension, and promote relaxation and overall well-being. It is a hands-on technique performed by trained massage therapists. There are many different styles of massage, but I specialize in Swedish, myofascial, acupressure, trigger point, and modified deep tissue massage. I also offer essential oil techniques that are designed to reduce stress through the therapeutic properties of pure grade essential oils.
02.
Individual counseling is a form of mental health treatment that involves one-on-one sessions between a therapist and an individual seeking support. This therapeutic approach is designed to help individuals explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a confidential and supportive environment. The goal of individual therapy is to promote self-awareness, emotional well-being, and personal growth.

The Spinal Flow® Technique is a philosophy, science, and intuitive hands-on approach designed to support the spine and nervous system in releasing stress and restoring the body’s natural capacity for healing. Spinal Flow is a gentle, non-invasive technique that does not involve massage, manipulation, or adjustments of the bones, ligaments, tendons, or tissues of the body. Instead, it focuses on activating the body’s natural ability to restore balance and vitality.
