Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is a form of manual therapy that involves moving the soft tissues in the body to reduce stress, ease muscle tension, and promote relaxation and overall well-being. It is a hands-on technique performed by trained massage therapists (yes, we go to school to learn foundational elements of massage!).

There are many different styles of massage, but over the years, I have chosen to master the art of Swedish, myofascial, acupressure, trigger point, cupping therapy, and modified deep tissue massage (deep tissue but not deep pressure) to better serve my clients. I also offer separate essential oil techniques that are designed to reduce stress through the therapeutic properties of pure grade doTERRA essential oils.

Each massage session incorporates complimentary hot towels, essential oils, hot stones, and/or cupping therapy to help you achieve your therapeutic goals. Of course, it is completely your choice if you decide not to utilize these tools in addition to your massage.

My bodywork approach involves encouraging the activation of both the parasympathetic nervous system and limbic system to relax both mind and body while restoring a positive sense of well-being. Utilizing an intuitively led integrative approach, I combine various massage techniques, modalities, and touch pressures (light to firm) to facilitate a balanced state of energetic and physiological flow within the body. By promoting a healthy epigenetic environment, both mind and body are prepared for deeper healing and transformation.
